Ugochukwu C. Okpara
Ugochukwu has over 17 years of experience in Information and communication technology (ICT) and Business Brand Development. He studied (Computing & Information Systems) and Software Engineering. With a strong desire to become an entrepreneur while growing up, Ugochukwu started his first IT Company in Nigeria at the age of 23. While he moved to the United Kingdom for some international business exposure, he worked as a IT business Developer and brand developer where he was involved as a consultant/project manager in developing and setting up over 15 new start-up companies in the UK and the US. Ugochukwu with his international exposure in information technology and brand development background, ingeniously deciphers the relationship between ICT/brand development and real estate management which has given him the edge in advancing and promoting businesses both locally and internationally. Technically, he has been involved in developing online real estate portals and applications. Since 2011, in addition to founding Godera Homes Limited, he has been involved with his highly skilled team in several real estate projects designs, constructions and sales.
Promise Ifeanyi Anumnu
Promise is a material and metallurgical engineer and graduated from Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State. He is also a certified PRINCE 2 practitioner (a project management professional) Promise is experienced in managing real estate and building constructions projects and work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. He is a great team player and work with every department to supervise and oversees the entire project life cycle.
Chukwuma Stalwart Okpara
Chukwuma is a business development manager and a graduate from Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State. Chukwuma is experienced is business development and managing on-going projects on-sites to ensures workflow efficiency amongst site workers, suppliers and time delivery of projects. He is a great team player and work with every department to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Divine is a lawyer with over sixteen (16) years’ experience in legal and corporate compliance, and contracts risks management. Graduated from Imo State University in 2004 and called to the Nigerian Bar 2002. Nneka has experience in the real estate and engineering construction; understands corporate vision and mission to develop legal, contracting and compliance policies, programs and manages the expectations of Board of Directors, CEO and other stakeholders. She is also in charge of packaging deals, contracts and commercial solutions, adequately identifying the risks, analyzing and planning response to minimize/mitigate risks and leading negotiations to ensure the use of or inclusion of owns terms and conditions in contracts. Effective team player and strong believer in ethics and integrity.
